The nutricionist of Cycle International School made a participation in the “Mulheres” program this Monday (22) shows by the TV Gazeta. During the interview Carla Caratin gave some tips and care for those who want to detoxify the body and get in shape at the beginning of the year.
Extras calories acquired during the festivities can be eliminated gradually with the aid of green juices, made with cabbage, for example. Carlo also stresses the importance of physical activities and healthy eating habits to keep the body fit or detoxifed after th end of year.
After the parties is advisable to carry out lighter meals, giving priority to salads and grilled meats. The nutricionist also stresses the need to eat meals in every three hours and recommends eating fruits and vegetables during the summer to keep the body in good amounts nutrients.
